MESSAGE

Mindfulness has been studied as a science of the brain and the heart and a popular method for us to take care of these two treasures. Children who practice mindfulness at an early age are most likely to be happy. Through Mindfulness’s activities, children will learn to cultivate a love for themselves, people around them, and life. And those whose life is always full of love are happy people. Especially designed for 8 to 11-year-old children, MINDFULNESS FOR KIDS brings fun and educational experiences to participants.
