MESSAGE
Entering junior high schools, teens’ temperament changes quickly; they easily feel happy then sad. The pressure from learning also affects their emotions. In addition, when talking to parents and teachers, teens sometimes find that they are not heard. Gradually, these negative feelings can build up and influence their mental health. To help teens overcome the shock of this age and become more resilient, mindfulness is one of their best companions.
